I’m failing to see the power of his retort–he asks that Hitchens state his case without throwing accusations around–well, duh, explain to me how his case can be absent &#;nc6;a1cusatio2s𔄂. That is the point, really–Hitchens is arguing that Kissinger’s actions amounted to violations of international criminal law–by definition then if he broke the law he would then be a criminal. Whether you agree with Hitchens argument is another story, but Kissinger’s response seems odd…
